When 3 friends, lawyers from Brazil, decide to buy a vacation condo that each of their individual families could enjoy at different times throughout the year, you know the unit needs to be pretty minimal, yet comfortable and inviting, and make the most of the gorgeous bay views. The unit was delivered to us unfinished and “decorator-ready.” We were charged with loading it up with hidden sleeping arrangements, hard-working fabrics and finishes and keeping the budget as tight as possible to maximize the returns on this investment.
Our clients got on a plane back to Brazil and after a Skype presentation and lots of emails and calls, they returned a few months later to a completely finished and furnished home, ready with beach bags for their kids to enjoy. The unit has provided countless memories for each of the friend’s families as they enjoy their Miami stomping grounds.
