Design Packages

Full-service design

A great option for clients with large scale, long-term projects who are looking to hire us to design and execute their project from start to finish.  This is best suited for full-home furnishing projects as well as new construction, complete renovations and property additions/extensions, where we manage the design process for the majority, or entirety of the project.

This option includes design and project management through all phases of the project.  The earlier you give us a call, the better!  Involving your Interior Designer in early discussions with architects and builders is key to ensuring you get the space you dream about!

This level of service includes:

• One-hour in-person consultation addressing client vision and specific needs.

• Package Fee Proposal to be presented after consultation. Package includes:

  • Three rounds of design concept reviews on our online Client Portal

  • 3D Renderings indicating conceptual and material selections for all custom design features, built-in cabinetry, selected furniture and decor

  • Construction Design Documents

  • Project management and communication with architect and construction team

  • Product ordering, tracking and delivery coordination

  • In-person oversight of installation of furnishings

  • In-person styling

single space design

A great option for clients renovating single rooms (or just a few at a time), or if you need a vision for designing a layout and selecting home furnishings. This option is priced through Room Package Rates that include all design concepts, sourcing furniture and materials, as well as ordering all pieces approved. 

This level of service includes:

• One-hour consultation (in-person or virtual) addressing client vision and specific needs

• Package Fee Proposal to be presented after consultation. Package includes:

  • Two rounds of design concept reviews on our online Client Portal are included for each space

  • 2D Overhead Renderings of every space indicating furniture layout and placement included as well

  • Product ordering, tracking and delivery coordination

The following services are available for an additional fee:

• Collaboration with architect to consult on and modify plans

• Design of construction elements and features (architectural elements, built-in custom cabinetry, etc)

• Window treatment selections

• In-person oversight of installation of furnishings

• In-person styling

• Collaboration with construction teams and tradespeople

DESIGner moodboard

A great option for clients who need a trained professional eye to help them finish executing their design vision. Perhaps you’ve made a lot of progress on your own and have main items such as beds, sofas, tables selected, but need an extra helping hand tying it all together. We can help you explore colors, suggest focal point pieces and accent furniture and decorative details.

This Design Package includes:

• 30-minute virtual consultation to discuss design vision and needs in ONE DEFINED SPACE

• Two rounds of mood boards

• 1 round of product lists to be self-purchased

• 30-minute design review call to discuss your feedback and answer any questions

The following services are available for an additional fee:

• Window treatment selections

• In-person oversight of installations for local clients

• In-person styling for local clients
